Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and support hourly staff during shifts.
• Ensure proper staffing and task delegation per schedule.
• Conduct orientation, training, and evaluation of crew members.
• Assist at POS, support product promotions and upselling.
• Maintain guest service standards in all areas of the restaurant.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Contribute to execution of the store's business plan.
• Oversee cash accountability reports and accuracy.
• Perform duties of non-management positions when required.
