Golden Chick is expanding and seeks a Shift Leader to help manage daily operations, supervise stations, and coach team members. You will be trained in all stations including shift management, food handling, and cash handling, while ensuring guest satisfaction and food safety.

Qualifications

• Must obtain State Food Handler certification within 60 days of hire.
• GED or high school degree preferred.
• Willing to work variable schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assists the management team in shift management and ensures guests have an outstanding experience.
• Supervises assigned stations for an entire shift and provides leadership to team members.
• Directs, coaches, and supports crew; prepares food, operates POS, and stocks supplies as required.
• Monitors safety and security protocols and ensures workstations are clean.
• Resolves customer complaints in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Open or close the restaurant following established procedures and safety policies.
