You will lead by example in a fast-paced, upbeat environment, participate in opening/closing, coach teammates, and help maintain a clean, guest‑focused cafe.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Excellent communication with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to coach and motivate team members.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Prior quick-service or leadership exposure preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate crew members during your shift.

• Maintain a clean and safe cafe environment, in line with food safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking.
