Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years old, HS diploma or GED, valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed consistently
• Coach and develop Team Members, provide feedback and support career growth
• Oversee daily operations, banking deposits, inventory and product orders
• Own the shift responsibilities and communicate priorities to the team
