Job summary

Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee in Hanover Park, IL, is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations and training efforts. You will help set the tone for exceptional service and ensure brand standards are met during every shift.

You will supervise team members, assist with onboarding, manage inventory and cash handling, and collaborate with the leadership team to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient dining environment for guests in our community.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.
