Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Faribault, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the store in partnership with the General Manager. You will ensure the team understands goals, product knowledge, cleanliness, and guest connections during each shift.

You will coach and develop Team Members, manage daily operations, uphold SOPs and quality standards, and help drive guest satisfaction while maintaining a welcoming, on-brand atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and some weekends/holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities
