Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running the location. You will coach the crew, ensure high food quality, deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience, and handle cash and opening/closing duties in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), 1 year of QSR experience preferred, and Serve Safe certification, with reliable transportation to work.

Qualifications

• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Producing high quality food.
• Delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience.
• Cash handling.
• Following the Learning Management System Training Program.
• Developing others for career growth; leading a crew of 2–5 people.
• Enforcing policies and procedures and maintaining cleanliness.
• Opening and closing the store; managing tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in slicing; able to bake bread and perform prep.
