Responsibilities

Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising updates.
Open and close the store, ensuring it is clean and compliant with safety procedures.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.
Support loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
