Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader in Ferndale, MI to support daily operations and training initiatives. You will help deliver a consistent customer experience and uphold brand standards while fostering a positive team environment.

As a first step into leadership, you will supervise crew during shifts, assist with coaching, manage inventory, and oversee opening/closing tasks. Availability on weekends/evenings is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
