Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of staff.
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Plan and deploy crew to meet brand standards and operational needs.
