You will uphold brand standards, foster a positive work environment, manage inventory and safety, and assist with administrative tasks as needed. This role offers growth in a fast-paced, community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Build People Capability and supervise team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Plan, direct, and deploy crew to meet brand and company standards.
• Manage product inventory and ordering to meet demand.
• Assess and coach team members for service excellence.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and back-office tasks.
• Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Manage equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Cash handling and daily banking tasks.
