Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time role in Virginia. The position offers a starting pay of $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with multiple shifts available and immediate hiring.

Training is provided, and leadership opportunities are available as the company promotes from within. This role is active and fast-paced, requiring you to lead the team, assist with daily operations, ensure safety, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
