Job summary

WhiteWater Express is hiring a Shift Leader in Texas. This full-time role offers $15–$17/hour plus biweekly tips and paid training. You will lead a team during shifts, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote a positive work environment.

We provide paid training, opportunities for promotion, and a supportive team culture in a fast-paced car wash operation. No prior car wash experience required, and we promote from within.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Leadership experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated and customer-focused
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
