Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations on a per-shift basis. You will coach team members, drive engagement, and ensure timely, friendly service that creates legendary guest experiences.

Lead performance through training initiatives, manage a shift of staff, and uphold brand standards to support smooth daily operations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• 1-2 years of previous restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Coach employees to ensure tasks are performed effectively and guest experiences are legendary.
• Lead performance, engagement, and training initiatives; manage a shift of employees.
• Direct efficient preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Attend weekly operational meetings and uphold brand standards.
