Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. in Henderson, NV is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the leadership team in coaching employees to deliver fast, friendly service and legendary experiences for guests.

You will lead teams through performance, engagement, and training initiatives, ensuring brand standards are followed and operational goals are met. This role requires 1–2 years of restaurant experience and availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• 1-2 years of previous restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Coach employees to ensure tasks are performed effectively.
• Lead performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Direct efficient preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery.
• Attend weekly operational meetings led by the Restaurant Leader.
• Uphold guest service standards and brand policies.
