Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis, guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service that upholds our brand standards.

You will coach employees, manage performance, engagement and training initiatives, and work under the Store Leader to drive results. This role requires reliability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• 1-2 years of previous restaurant experience.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Provide coaching and feedback to employees to ensure tasks are performed effectively.
• Lead employees through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Directly manage a shift of employees under the Store Leader.
• Help create legendary experiences for guests in a fast, friendly service environment.
• Attend/participate in weekly operational meetings led by the Restaurant Leader.
• Set an example by implementing shift plans and driving operational results.
• Ensure cash control, security procedures, and inventory inspections.
