Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery operations during your shift to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Bake, package, and prepare orders while providing service.
• Coach and motivate Cookie Crew members with feedback and support.
• Prioritize tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
• Maintain product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and speed of service.
• Handle cash management, deposits, and POS accountability.
• Communicate updates with store leadership to optimize bakery operations.
• Help the team succeed by stepping in wherever needed.
