You’ll manage orders, coaching teammates, maintain safety and cleanliness, handle cash, and grow with a rapidly expanding brand that offers flexible schedules and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role.
• Point of Sales systems experience.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills.
• Outgoing/friendly/patient attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery operations during your shift and ensure an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.
• Bake, package, and prepare orders while providing outstanding guest service.
• Coach and motivate Cookie Crew members with direction, feedback, and support.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to maintain efficient operations and meet guest demand.
• Help maintain product quality, safety, cleanliness, and speed of service.
