You will manage tasks, lead a team, handle cash deposits, and collaborate with store leadership to keep the bakery running smoothly. If you enjoy fast-paced environments and helping guests, this is the role for you.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain required food safety certifications at the location.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery operations during your shift, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
• Bake, package, and prepare orders while providing exceptional guest service.
• Coach and motivate Cookie Crew members with direction and feedback.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Help maintain product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and speed of service.
• Handle cash management, register accountability, and deposits.
• Communicate updates and collaborate with store leadership.
• Jump in wherever needed to help your team succeed.
