Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a Shift Leader for part-time, frontline operations in our location. You’ll be the face of the restaurant during shifts, help the General Manager execute daily systems with integrity, and deploy team members to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Food Handlers license in first 30 days
• Able to learn menu with perfection
• Able to lift 30+ pounds
• Able to work on your feet for several hours
• Move quickly and think fast
• Stay active and busy

Responsibilities

• Lead other to perform at expected levels
• Develop crew to become leaders
• Perform inventories, order trucks, organize and clean
• Report to the General Manager
• Total menu knowledge
