Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a Shift Lead to assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and guiding team performance. You will help ensure a top-quality dining experience and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time & part-time) with opportunities for career growth in restaurant management and a supportive team culture. Prior leadership experience is preferred and a commitment to food safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills required.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Ability to stand, bend and reach during shifts.
• Comfortable working in walk-in coolers/freezers (40°F to -10°F).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate team members during shifts.
