Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring Shift Leaders to drive a championship guest experience across Michigan and Ohio. This role leads teams during shifts, upholds brand standards, and manages store operations including cash handling and labor.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and performance-based raises. Ideal candidates have prior leadership or keyholder experience, strong communication, and a guest-first mindset; 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs, with availability evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous leadership or keyholder experience (food service or retail preferred).
• Available evenings, weekends, and up to 40 hours/week.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work in cold environments (walk-in coolers/freezers).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team during shifts
• Uphold Smoothie King standards in service, cleanliness, and product quality
• Open and/or close the store, including cash handling and checklists
• Manage labor, breaks, and shift flow efficiently
• Address guest issues with professionalism and care
• Train, coach, and inspire team members daily
• Monitor store performance and support KPI targets
