Smoothie King is seeking a Shift Leader/Brand Ambassador in Ohio to guide guests toward smoothies and retail products that support healthy lifestyles. You will also mentor team members when the General Manager is absent, and you’ll champion our culture and mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar retail customer service
• Microsoft Office knowledge required
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Must be extremely reliable

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest's purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
