Northern Blends Smoothie King is seeking a hands-on Shift Leader to drive guest satisfaction and store excellence across Michigan and Ohio. You will supervise a dynamic team, uphold standards, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership or keyholder experience in food service or retail.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Guest-first mindset with high accountability and integrity.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and up to 40 hours per week.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team during shifts.
• Uphold Smoothie King standards in service, cleanliness, and product quality.
• Open and/or close the store, including cash handling and checklists.
• Manage labor, breaks, and shift flow efficiently.
• Address guest issues with professionalism and care.
• Train, coach, and inspire team members daily.
• Monitor store performance and support KPI targets.
