Job summary

Northern Blends Smoothie King is seeking a shift leader to guide teams and elevate guest experiences across Michigan and Ohio. The role offers a leadership-driven culture, a fast-paced environment, paid training, and flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time options.

You will lead and support shifts, uphold standards of service and cleanliness, manage cash and labor, address guest issues, train and inspire staff, and monitor KPI targets to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous leadership or keyholder experience (food service or retail preferred).
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• High accountability, integrity, and a guest-first mindset.
• Available evenings, weekends, and up to 40 hours/week.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work in cold environments (walk-in coolers/freezers).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team during shifts.
• Uphold Smoothie King standards in service, cleanliness, and product quality.
• Open and/or close the store, including cash handling and checklists.
• Manage labor, breaks, and shift flow efficiently.
• Address guest issues with professionalism and care.
• Train, coach, and inspire team members daily.
• Monitor store performance and support KPI targets.
