Job summary

Brewing Brand is hiring Shift Leaders to join our Dunkin' network. You will lead the crew, assist the Restaurant Manager, and help ensure fast, friendly service while upholding brand standards.

You’ll coach team members, manage shift priorities and schedules, and contribute to a safe, profitable operation in a franchised Dunkin’ location. This role offers growth opportunities and a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Coach restaurant team members as needed throughout a shift providing timely, constructive and clear feedback.
• Support the training of restaurant team members as needed.
• Manage Inventory throughout the shift and ensure proper cash handling.
