Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a motivated Shift Leader to help run daily operations and support the Restaurant General Manager. You will supervise team members, manage shift performance, and ensure customer satisfaction during fast-paced service at our franchise location.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic computer skills, and strong math/analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Solid business math and accounting skills; strong analytical decision-making required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership to solve problems and guide others when appropriate.
• Provide help and guidance to team members as needed.
• Maintain workflow and ensure guest satisfaction during shifts.
