Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to support the RGM by running great shifts and ensuring smooth operations on site. This role requires ownership, problem-solving, and a willingness to guide teammates to deliver top-notch guest service.

You’ll manage day-to-day activities, uphold standards, and participate in staffing, training, and performance checks, with a focus on profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making ability.
• Able to stand and walk for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership and solve problems; guide others when appropriate.
• Maintain standards, manage guest service, and contribute to profitability.
