Applicants should have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, plus basic math, computer literacy, and reliable transportation. This role offers growth opportunities and a shift differential for closers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old with basic business math skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass background checks.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use standard software.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts and support the RGM to ensure smooth operations.
• Take ownership of issues and solve problems promptly; guide team members.
• Be willing to help and mentor others on shift.
