Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Restaurant General Manager by running efficient shifts and solving problems. The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and guiding team members to deliver great guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, solid math and analytical skills, and proven reliability. Expect to work on the floor with the team, manage operations, and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong math, accounting, and analytical decision-making skills.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and stand for 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts and support the RGM by working independently.
• Take ownership and solve problems; seek help when appropriate.
• Provide guidance and support to team members during shifts.
