Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running efficient shifts and guiding team members. You will own problems, seek help when appropriate, and provide leadership on shift to ensure smooth operations and strong guest service.

Qualifications include 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic PC literacy, and ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. 18+ and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills are needed.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities are required.
• Able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs during shifts.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and run shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Support the RGM by solving problems and guiding team members.
• Take ownership of operational issues and seek help when needed.
• Ensure efficient operations and guest service during shifts.
