Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the team during your shift, ensuring hot, fire-grilled experiences and smooth operations. You’ll lead service, monitor speed, and uphold standards to keep guests returning.

You’ll supervise opening and closing, train staff on new products and procedures, manage inventory and cash handling, and maintain safety and cleanliness. This role offers competitive pay and growth potential with no overnight hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be certified on EPL SPECS positions or have 1+ year of restaurant supervisory experience and pass EPL Food Safety Audit after hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening and closing procedures and inventory updates.
• Ensure service speed and guest satisfaction meet standards.
• Train and support team on new products and procedures.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and shift staffing.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness per standards.
• Assist guests and ensure accurate orders.
