Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts in Burbank. You will coordinate crew tasks, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires 1+ years of supervisory experience or EPL SPECS certification, and the ability to train staff on new products and procedures. Competitive pay and flexible scheduling offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be certified on EPL SPECS positions or must have 1 or more years of restaurant supervisory experience and pass the EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts and ensure consistency with company standards.
• Coordinate crew tasks for setup, food prep, and cleaning; manage inventory checks and updates to the system.
• Maintain service speed and quality metrics; uphold EPL health code safety standards and QSC principles.
• Direct shift staffing, ensure breaks, adjust staffing for sales volume, and guide food production with Area Leader input.
• Train and support team members on new products and procedures.
