Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader in Los Angeles, CA to guide a busy team during assigned shifts and uphold our standards of service and quality. You’ll manage opening and closing tasks, train teammates, and ensure safety and cleanliness while driving efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have 1+ years restaurant supervisory experience and pass EPL Food Safety Audit after hire.
• Experience training and supporting team members is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures and security.
• Ensure service speed and customer satisfaction targets are met.
• Train and support staff on new products and procedures.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and audits.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with Area Leader as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety per EPL/QSC standards.
• Adjust staffing based on sales and tasks during shifts.
