Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC in Sun Valley, CA is seeking a Shift Leader to run daily restaurant operations during their shift, ensure exceptional guest service, supervise team members, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

You will open/close the restaurant, manage inventory and cash, train staff on products and procedures, and collaborate with the Area Leader to meet service metrics. This role offers competitive pay and full/part-time scheduling, with no overnight hours and employee meal benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Must have 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience and pass EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service speed and QSC standards.
• Lead shift staffing and breaks.
