Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader in Los Angeles to guide the team during shifts, ensure fast service, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will oversee opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, and customer satisfaction, while training staff on new products and processes.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, EPL SPECS certification or equivalent supervisory experience with FSA, and a commitment to exceptional restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be EPL SPECS certified or have 1+ year restaurant supervisory experience and pass the EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures, including security protocols; coordinate crew tasks for setup, food prep and cleaning; conduct inventory checks and update the inventory system.
• Ensure customer service and speed of service metrics meet company goals and standards; maintain cleanliness per EPL and health code safety standards; uphold QSC standards.
• Prioritize team tasks during shift; enforce break policies; adjust staffing based on sales; monitor and adjust food production with Area Leader guidance.
• Train and support team members on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash operations during shifts, verify catering orders, conduct cash drawer audits, and prepare deposits with Area Leader support.
• Greet and assist customers to meet or exceed expectations and satisfaction.
