Job summary

Vitality Bowls is hiring a Shift Leader to drive daily operations in our California location. You will lead a dynamic team, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold nutrition-focused standards across the menu.

Responsibilities include POS handling, preparing orders, inventory checks, and maintaining a clean cafe environment. Ideal candidates are energized by teamwork, can communicate clearly, and are capable of managing opening/closing tasks while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Become food certified.
• Handle a POS system and cash/credit card transactions.
• Stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes, move quickly, and maintain urgency.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Follow COVID-19 sanitation procedures and safety guidelines.
• Demonstrate leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to prepare food accurately and on time.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and daily operations.
• Train and direct staff; manage breaks and scheduling.
