Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader at our Saint Anthony location. You will oversee daily operations in partnership with the GM or AGM, ensuring brand standards, guest connections, and a smooth shift.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a leadership role or trained for Shift Leader responsibilities
• Shift Leaders must maintain flexible availability and may work different days/times as needed
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and maintain brand standards and guest connections
• Manage waste, maximize product sales, and maintain a clean, inviting environment
• Know deployment for the day and delegate tasks to keep the shift on track
• Communicate clearly on the floor and ensure smooth handoffs between shifts
• Coach and train Team Members on responsibilities, products, and promotions
• Handle administrative tasks such as deposits, inventory, and orders
• Uphold cash handling, safety, and store procedures
