Qualifications

• At least 6 months of leadership experience or properly trained and approved to assume Shift Leader responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of team member responsibilities with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Leads shifts to keep energy high and the shift on track.
• Optimizes product sales while managing waste and maintaining a welcoming cafe environment.
• Knows deployment for the day and communicates on the floor to keep the shift moving.
• Delivers clear delegation and prioritization during the shift.
• Owns the shift and ensures a smooth hand-off to the next crew.
• Ensures SOPs are followed and brand standards for quality, cash handling, and safety are upheld.
• Coaches and trains team members on responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Performs administrative tasks including deposits, inventory, and orders with integrity.
• Develops Team Members through coaching and feedback in the moment.
