Layne's Chicken Fingers is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced team and deliver excellent guest experiences. You’ll coach in the moment, ensure standards are met, and lead by example during each shift.

Responsibilities include training hourly staff, managing labor, operating the POS, and maintaining a clean restaurant. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Leadership – leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach in the moment to uphold standards.
• Train and supervise hourly team members and ensure POS functions.
• Manage labor and maintain a clean, efficient front and back of house.
• Foster a positive culture and provide ongoing guest service excellence.
• Complete closing shift paperwork and hold others accountable.
