Layne's Chicken Fingers in Pittsburgh is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations, coach team members, and uphold our high standards of guest service. You will supervise hourly staff, perform POS functions, and help ensure a clean, efficient service flow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Have an understanding of each position and what their roles are.
• Be trained and competent in all hourly positions and responsibilities.
• Able to complete manager functions on the POS.
