Job summary

Jersey Mike's in Littleton, CO is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee in-store operations and lead by example. You will ensure proper execution of procedures, guide team members, and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.

The role offers flexible schedules and opportunities to engage with customers while upholding Jersey Mike's tradition of quality. Prior hospitality experience is a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
• Work with the line team to prepare cold and hot subs to customer specifications, following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements.
• Use kitchen equipment such as knives, grills, slicers, etc.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems per Jersey Mike's standards.
