Qualifications

• Three or more months of restaurant experience as an hourly employee strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and employee relations skills.
• Capable of supervising specific areas of the business in a fast paced environment.
• Able to work under pressure in a high volume restaurant.

• Assist in the management of specific areas of restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Ensure proper organization and staffing per schedule.
• Conduct orientation, training and evaluation of crew members.
• Assist at the point of sale with product promotions.
