Job summary

GDLP Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will support the General Manager by leading shifts, coaching team members, maintaining standards, and fostering a positive environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant, retail, or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to support business needs and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and support restaurant performance.
• Coach and encourage team members during each shift.
• Promote a positive team culture and lead by example.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Monitor ticket times and meet quoted readiness times.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift changes.
