Job summary

Caribou Coffee Operating Company, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee store operations in Columbus. You will partner with the General Manager to guide the team, ensure SOPs are followed, and maintain guest connections while delivering great service.

You lead shifts, coach team members, manage tasks, and help maximize sales and reduce waste. Availability for mornings/evenings and weekends, and the ability to stand for 4–8 hours with lifting up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Required: leadership, restaurant/retail or customer service experience.
• Preferred: availability for mornings/evenings/weekends and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Coach teammates and provide real-time feedback on performance.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed consistently.
• Train team on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions.
• Perform store operations tasks (inventory, deposits, orders) with integrity.
