Zax LLC in Wagener, SC is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee the product, process and people during each shift. You will assign tasks, respond to guest complaints, train and coach team members, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency standards.

You will drive guest satisfaction by maintaining high performance, managing opening and closing duties, and collaborating with the management team to meet shift goals. This role offers opportunities for growth and a dynamic work environment.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time: 9–28 hours per week; Full-time: 32–40 hours per week.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and ability to interact cooperatively with others.

• Prioritize guest and team member experience and resolve concerns promptly.
• Delegate tasks and supervise performance during a shift.
