Qualifications include 1 year in restaurant management or 2 years in food service, plus Food Manager Certification/ServSafe. High school diploma preferred; strong leadership and English communication required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related food service management experience preferred.
• 2 years in other food service positions acceptable.
• Food Manager Certification or ServSafe Manager Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations for each shift.
• Greet guests and handle requests/ complaints.
• Train and develop FOH staff and ensure service standards.
