Qualifications

• 1 year of related food service management or 2 years in food service roles.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Food Manager Certification and/or ServSafe Manager Certificate required.
• Flexible full-time schedule and occasional travel for meetings/training.

• Greet and assist guests professionally while maintaining service standards.
• Oversee FOH & BOH operations during shift and manage cost controls.
• Recruit, hire, and train FOH staff; ensure compliance with safety standards.
