Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time role in Flower Mound, TX. This fast-paced leadership position supports daily shift operations, oversees a team, and ensures excellent customer service and safety.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips. Paid training is provided, with promotion opportunities, health benefits, 401(k) with company match, and free weekly car washes. Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma, be able to lift 50 lbs, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
