Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time, on-site role in Texas. Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips. Training is provided, with promotions from within and performance bonuses.

The position focuses on leading daily operations, ensuring safety, and delivering top customer service while supporting a fast-paced team. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
